Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or otherwise use a product operated by Ztar Tech LLC (“we”, “us”): lizt, zozio, zquad, and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them. A product may publish additional terms of its own; where they conflict with these, the product's terms apply to that product.

• Our products sign you in with a one-time passcode sent to your email and, where offered, with your Google account — keep access to that email or account secure, since it's how we verify it's you.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Some products offer paid plans or subscriptions. The price, billing period and what the plan includes are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we don't store your full card number.

You agree not to use our products to:

• Upload content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or access other users' accounts or content without permission.
• Use any AI feature to generate content that violates these terms.

You own the content you create in our products. You're responsible for what you upload. We store and process your content only to provide the product's features to you (and to anyone you explicitly share it with).

Our products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we're not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable steps to prevent it.

We may update our products and these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the “last updated” date above.
